Coach Nolan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Coach is also FMS and XPS certified. Coach received his BS degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University.
Coach Nolan was named the 2018 NHSSCA Rocky Mountain Regional Strength Coach of the Year. He has spent more than 6 years as a strength and conditioning coach for high schools. Coach Nolan works with and consults with a handful of high school programs both state and nationwide. Coach has been with Ponderosa for since 2015.
Coach Nolan is the owner and founder of Pivotal Sports Performance. He has spent more than 5 years running NFL Combine Prep and is the Colorado State Director for the NHSSCA.
