Coach Ryan Steffen began coaching at Ponderosa in 2018. He previously coached at his alma mater, Oshkosh West High School, in Oshkosh, WI, from 2012-2015. Coach Steffen has coached running backs, wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs. He has coordinated the JV defenses at both Ponderosa and at Oshkosh West.
Coach Steffen played football and ran track and field at Oshkosh West High School. Coach Steffen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2017 with a Secondary Education and History degree. Coach taught at a middle school in Colorado Springs from 2017-2018 before coming to Parker, CO to teach at Sagewood Middle School.
