Please see the updates below in regards to available card sales times at Ponderosa as well as volunteer position sign ups.
Cards Sales at Ponderosa
Unfortunately storefront sales are not an option for us again this year for card sales. However, we do have the opportunity to sell our cards in the Ponderosa High School parking lot. We MUST have parent supervision in order to use these dates and times. This sign up list is for PARENTS only. Any shift that has a parent signed up will be allowed to have students on-site to sell their cards.
In order to complete card sales this way the following will be REQUIRED:
- At least one parent onsite at all times
- Players should download the “Out on Us” app for demonstration purposes
- Players should wear a Ponderosa shirt if possible
We do not have the benefit of the storefront to bring in traffic. So, any other signage that will help draw attention to our sale location will be helpful. We will put red solo cups on the fence spelling out “Pondo Cards”. We will be posting to social media…please do the same. We will also have the tailgate EZ Canopies to draw some attention.
The first shift days are this weekend. Shifts are for 2 hours starting at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. If we need to add more shifts on either end we can. I was initially going to limit the number of kids who could be there per shift; but, we didn’t have a lot last year so I think we’ll be okay. However, if you want me to limit it to no more than 10, I can do that. Just let me know.
