Parents,
With the off-season conditioning program up and running we have officially kicked off summer. I wanted to get a few reminders out for things that are coming up in the next few days. If you have any info on any of this please let me know.
- Our Biggest team fundraiser of the season kicks off on Monday when our Pondo Cards are handed out on Monday the 7th between 8-9 am. If you have any questions on this program please let me know
- If you are interested in helping out the program please join us at our Booster Club meeting this Sunday at 1 pm at the Parker Pour House. We will have info on anything and everything that is needed to help this program run smoothly and you can choose what you think would fit best.

COVID PROTOCOLS
DCSD Summer School/Programs/Activities
Per the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Public Health Order dated May 31, 2021:
FACE COVERINGS IN DCSD SCHOOLS AND BUILDINGS
- Students ages 11 and under are not required to wear a face covering.
- Students ages 12 and over who are fully vaccinated (meaning two weeks or more past their final dose) are not required to wear a face covering.
- Staff who are fully vaccinated (meaning two weeks or more past their final dose) are not required to wear a face covering.
- Students and staff who are ages 12 and over and are not vaccinated (or not fully vaccinated) are required to wear a face covering.
- Exceptions to state face covering requirements include
- individuals who cannot medically tolerate a face covering
- individuals who are hearing impaired or otherwise disabled or who are communicating with someone who is hearing impaired or otherwise disabled and where the ability to see the mouth is essential to communication.
- Face coverings of unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated individuals may be removed in a school classroom setting for the limited purpose of playing an instrument that cannot otherwise be played while wearing a face covering.
- Exceptions to state face covering requirements include
- Face coverings are not required for any age group during outdoor activities.
CASES AND OUTBREAKS
Schools and child care centers shall work with their local public health agencies as COVID-19 cases occur, and shall follow the CDPHE guidance for Cases and Outbreaks in Schools and Child Care.
