COVID-19 Update:
The health and safety of campers is our primary focus. Our 2021-2022 camps are currently scheduled to proceed as planned. Like you, we are continually monitoring COVID-19 developments. If it is determined that our camps should be cancelled, we will issue campers a refund according to our cancellation policy as stated below.

Cancellation Policy
** In order to receive a refund, camper must notify the head coach of the sport of the cancellation no later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the first date of camp in that sport. There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per each registered camper for camps which cost more than $50.00 and a $30.00 non-refundable deposit for camps costing less than $50.00. NSF Checks will incur an NSF charge of $30.00 no matter the cost of camp. In the event the camp is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the College’s control, such as public health or safety concerns or other extenuating circumstances campers will be refunded in full based upon what they have paid. For example, if they have only paid the deposit they would be refunded the deposit. If they have paid the deposit plus the remaining balance they would be refunded the deposit plus the remaining balance. Ryzer card processing/convenience fees charged in addition to the cost of camp may not be refunded in full. As an added safeguard our event offers Allianz Registration Protection insurance. For an additional fee (non-refundable), this insurance refunds your full registration fee if camp is held but you cannot attend or must leave early due to a covered injury or illness which includes COVID-19.
