We have attached images of the cards to share with your potential customers as well as instructions on how to gain access to the App to track your sales. Ponderosa Football Card Sales Plan
For everyone that is not familiar, we raise 60% of our budget through selling discount cards that were specifically designed for our program. They include discounts on food, services, and entertainment in our local area.
Presales: Start Now
Reach out to family, friends, and coworkers to commit to buying a card. We will distribute each player’s allocation of 20 card packs on June 7th, but they can get a jump on sales immediately. The documents you can use to post to social media are also attached.
Sales Plan:
1. Cards are distributed at PHS on June 7th between 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
2. Each player family will be assigned 20 card packs to sell. Each card pack costs $30. If they sell these cards and turn in their money by June 21st (2 weeks), they will receive a custom hoodie with their position and number. You can see an example of the hoodie when we share the documents in the next email.
3. Please review all documents and have the players install the “Out on Us” app on their phones so they can show potential buyers how it works and track any online sales.
4. Money turn-in will only be on designated days to designated people. The first turn in will be June 21st and money will only be given to Candice Kinzer, Jolene Cagianut, Josh Taylor. This is important because of the amount of money involved. We do not want anything lost. We will schedule another collection based on the need.
5. Several other teams around the area sell cards so it is important to start early! We worked hard to get our cards before everyone else so take advantage of it.
6. If the player does not sell their allocation of cards, you are still responsible for the cost so please push them to get out there.
