A few quick updates as we head into our extended offseason. Please review the info below and let me know if you have any questions.
Conditioning
For those that are interested Patrick Nolan has developed a few options for workouts at his new facility in Parker for players that want to get in some additional work during the first semester of school. The flyers he has put together are attached below. The Coaching staff will open the weight room for before and after school use starting September 7th as an additional option. These sessions with coach Nolan are purely optional.
Nutrition
For those that weren’t able to attend the Nutrition presentation that we had recently I have attached the info from that zoom call.
7 on 7 Sessions
The Coaching staff is working on trying to establish a set of 7 on 7 sessions to compete with other schools in the area to try and stay sharp. These will most likely start up in a month or so and we will have more info out about this as we get closer to it.
Card SalesThank you to everyone for your hard work over the last 3 weeks with our card sales effort. I know this year was especially difficult and I appreciate the effort from everyone that gave it their best. Congrats to Jack Baumbach and Malcom Kinzer for leading the way and selling 25 cards each. We had an additional 6 players that sold more than 20 and 21 total that sold 20 or more. WEll done boys.
For those of you that weren’t able to sell all 20 of their cards we will be providing you with those remaining cards – along with your sold cards to hand deliver – so that you can continue selling. If you struggled to sell online this should eliminate that issue as you will now have the cards in your hands to sell in person. I anticipate having the cards in hand within a few weeks and will let everyone know once they are ready to be picked up.
I have been emailing quite a bit over the last few months and I appreciate your patience with me on this. My communications will most likely taper off a bit now that we know that the season will be delayed but I will do my best to keep everyone up to speed on important items as the next few months unfold.
